Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Eccles is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Eccles and the surrounding UK areas. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual where, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist, treatment is not appropriate or safe. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in cancellation of your order and potential risk to your health.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Approval

All prescription weight loss medications are subject to review and approval by our registered pharmacist. Completing an online consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist will assess your suitability based on your health information and may request additional details before approving your order.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and are valid for the period stated on the prescription only. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescription or medication supplied by us.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. We will always confirm the total cost before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances outside our control.

Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.

Once a prescription has been issued and medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements. If your order is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are intended to support, not replace, your relationship with your NHS GP or other healthcare providers. We strongly recommend informing your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. The information provided during your consultation is used solely for clinical assessment purposes.

Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You will be provided with relevant patient information leaflets with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop use immediately and seek medical advice. In an emergency, always contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
